Loyalty program
There are 4 types of cards in the Lavicon Hotel Collection loyalty program: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%.
The card can be issued or exchanged for a higher category if:
- The guest visited the Lavicon Hotel Collection in the amount of more than 180,000 rubles, subject to direct booking by phone and on the official website - A 5% WHITE loyalty card is issued;
- The guest visited the Lavicon Hotel Collection in the amount of more than 300,000 rubles, subject to direct booking by phone and on the official website - A 10% SILVER loyalty card is issued;

The guest visited the Lavicon Hotel Collection in the amount of more than 500,000 rubles, subject to direct booking by phone and on the official website - A 15% GOLD loyalty card is issued;
