Earning miles:

• How to participate: book your stay via the official website, phone, or email;
• How to get miles: present your Aeroflot Bonus card or provide its number at the front desk upon check-in;
• Rate: 1 mile for every 40 rubles spent on accommodation;
• Crediting period: within 20 days after check-out.

Earning restrictions:

• Miles are credited to the card of a single member in case of shared accommodation;
• Miles are not credited for additional services.

Redeeming miles:

• Preparation: obtain a PIN code in your program personal account;
• At the front desk: present your card / card number and state the PIN code;
• Limit: up to 50% of the total cost of accommodation.

Redemption restrictions:

• Available only at the front desk of LAVICON hotels;
• Only one member can redeem miles when multiple guests share a room;
• Not available for corporate programs and corporate entity bookings;
• Miles cannot be redeemed for additional services.
